Hair’licious BY N partners with trusted third-party couriers in order to deliver your product to you. We ship Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 17:00pm, excluding Sudays & public holidays.

Shipping time can vary and can take anywhere between 5-7 business days.

This time frame may vary depending on your location. 

Please be aware that purchases made on Fridays or on dates preceding a public holiday may impact on overnight deliveries, potentially resulting in delivery on the next working day, such as Monday, or the subsequent working days following a public holiday.

Should you opt for a PUDO Locker-to-Locker courier & fail to collect your package upon locker delivery, it will be your responsibility to track the package back to you by contacting PUDO Customer Service.Hair’licious By N will not be liable for client failure to collect the package from the Pudo Locker.

Hair’licious By N is not liable or responsible for any delays caused by the courier services, including but not limited to:

  • Peak & High-Volume Seasons (e.g. Festive Holidays, Gifting Holidays such as Mother’s Day etc.)
  • Operational challenges & delays caused by the courier services.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee these requests will be fulfilled by the courier services.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. We accept no responsibility for missing goods if an incorrect address has been given. No refunds will be issued herein either.
  • No refunds will be issued on delivery fees once the items have been dispatched from our facility.

 

Pre-Order Policy On Shipping :
Ordering your Hair’licious By N product before it is launched will guarantee your purchase and will be dispatched as per your order number on our waiting list, if applicable. You will be notified as soon as the product is available for dispatch.

Please note the order may take up to 14 days for preparation, excluding shipping times, as we want to ensure availability and quality of your products meets our standards prior to dispatch. While We make every effort to keep adequate stock levels for all orders but accept no responsibility for delays caused by stock shortages. In the event of a stock shortage, we will notify you within 1-3 working days and advise the anticipated arrival of the goods.
