While we have made every effort to ensure that our products, treatments and formulations meet the highest safety standards, Hair’licious By N will not be responsible to you or any third party for any claim, damage, injury or loss that may result from the failure to use the product as intended. Products sold on Hair’licious By N site are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. The information provided on this site including any product label or packaging should not be considered a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional.

As with any product, if you experience any unexpected discomfort, pain, or other adverse conditions during or after use, stop use immediately and consult your physician before continuing use. All person’s skin & hair conditions are unique & individual results may vary depending on hair type, conditions, and use. Hair’licious BY N does not guarantee specific results or that it will fit particular uses. Each Purchase is at client’s own discretion

Discounts :

As a general rule, and unless specified otherwise on the specific Coupon itself:

  • Each Coupon can only be used once
  • FREE gifts do not apply with discount codes
  • Only one Coupon can be used per order
  • Only one Coupon can be used on the website per person
  • Coupons can’t be used together or on top of other discounts, other coupons, discount codes or any other promotional offers
  • A Coupon must be used at check-out – it cannot be used later on existing orders;
  • Retail Coupons and Discounts do not apply to stockiest.
  • The value of the Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping basket and the balance remaining, if any, will be payable by you.
  • Coupons cannot be used to buy other Coupons and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.
  • Multiple reviews & entries do not qualify for multiple coupons.

 

Order preparation & Pre-orders 

Please note that orders may take up to 14 days for preparation (longer during the festive season break), excluding shipping times, as we want to ensure the availability and quality of your products meets our standards prior to dispatch. While We make every effort to keep stock levels adequate for all orders but accept no responsibility for delays caused by stock shortages. In the event of a stock shortage, we will notify you within 1-3 working days and advise the anticipated arrival of the goods.

Ordering your Hair’licious By N product before it is launched will guarantee your purchase and will be dispatched as per your order number on our waiting list, if applicable. You will be notified as soon as the product is available for dispatch.
